Job Purpose
We are looking for a responsible Customer Service to resolve problems of members and merchants on daily transactions and promotional packages. Duties of the Customer Service include providing support to our managers, employees and agents, assisting in phone calls and text messages, and giving support to walk in customers.Â
Roles & Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintains members’ complaints records by updating information in the database
- Assist new member enrolment
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the members and merchants complaints; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction; and following up to ensure resolution
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to timeRequirements
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work

- Minimum diploma in any field

Roles & Responsibilities
- To conduct product knowledge, workshop & health training to distributors and customers.
- Prepare write up about health and company product that will be featured in social media and newsletter.
- Identify and evaluate the product offering of competitors.
- Assessing nutritional needs and to provide nutritional consultancy to customers online and offline.
- Structure learning programmes for distributors on nutrition.
- To promote company’s product and programme to all distributors.
- To assist in planning and research of new health & nutritional product, ingredients, market intelligence, and development of content & business plan.
- Developing marketing materials for a range of health supplements.
- Perform ad-hoc task as assigned by the management.Requirements
- Applicant must have at least 5 years’ experience in similar position.
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Dietetics or Nutritionist
- Must excel in a fast-paced environment being a team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Must carry a positive attitude with the eagerness to learn and excel.
- Possess strong public speaking skills and able to converse fluently in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Purpose
Ensure all desired message and the image is conveyed to agents and customers. Junior Designer is responsible for company’s design team to perform top quality designing materials and overall visual aspects of marketing, branding or media campaign and coordinates the work with other in-house staffs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible to conceptualize, design, develop layout, specifications and production of all marketing materials for a variety of media, project and campaigns
- Research and update with different design trends, knowledge of industry trend, and branding ideas
- Work closely with marketing team to interpret the company’s needs and to meet company’s objectives
- Ensure creativity in developing product branding and proof-reading of all materials
- To develop design briefs and sourcing for quality content for social media and update to clarify design issues
- All projects artwork approval preparation, features description preparation, records and safekeeping
- Create opportunities to innovate design
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management / Superior from time to timeRequirements
- Applicant must have at least 1 year of advertising, design agency or event background.

To ensure all marketing strategy for the company are in line with company objectives. Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns. Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with agents and internal designers to align on the concept
- To provide creative input in brand messaging and creative communications
- Responsible for managing the execution of e-commerce strategy business plan to achieve sales growth of the Company for both short-term and long term.
- Execute digital advertising campaign and liaises with the internal and external parties.
