We have fixed retail selling price for Singapore market which includes Free Shipping. Fixed retail price will be reflected after you have inserted your shipping country.

Import and Custom Duties

Please note: Some countries have import taxes, which we unfortunately can’t be certain of, or pay for in advance. These countries are:

Bermuda, Brazil, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Kuwait, Malta, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates.

If you are ordering from any of these countries, you might be charged import duties that will be payable by you. 

When Will I Receive My Order?

At 27GROUP, we try to ensure that all products are delivered in a prompt and timely manner. However, from time to time it may be possible that shipping and other factors outside of out control may result in delays. The date of dispatch listed below is the estimated lead time as it is reasonably estimated by our official courier partner, DHL e-Commerce Malaysia. 

Delivered in:

Peninsular Malaysia: 1-3 working days;
East Malaysia: 3-5 working days;
Singapore: 2-4 working days.

I Need Help.

If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or not delivered, first of all, we're sorry you haven't received your delivery. Don't worry, contact hello@27group.com.my or our customer service within 7 days after your estimated arrival date. If we are made aware outside of the time, we might be unable to cover the cost for the lost package.
